Refunds & Cancellations

We want customers to purchase our training with confidence and will always try to resolve any issues fairly and reasonably.

Before Course Access

Customers may request a full refund at any time before access has been issued to the training programme.

After Course Access

Once course access has been issued and the learner has been granted access to the training platform, refunds will not normally be available. This is because the training is delivered as digital content and access to the full programme is made available immediately.

By purchasing the course and requesting immediate access, customers acknowledge that digital content delivery begins once access is provided and that their right to cancel may be affected in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Technical Issues

If a learner experiences technical difficulties accessing the course, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Technical issues alone will not normally constitute grounds for a refund where access to the course can be restored.

Group Bookings

Refunds for organisational and group purchases will be governed by the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
