These Training Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, access, participation, assessment, certification, and use of training courses provided by Watchkeeper Operations Limited (“Watchkeeper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, registering for, or accessing any training course provided by Watchkeeper Operations Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Course registration is complete only when registration has been accepted by Watchkeeper Operations Limited and any applicable fees have been paid in full.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel registrations where necessary to protect the integrity of our training programmes or where these Terms have been breached.
COURSE ACCESS
Unless otherwise stated, courses are delivered online through a designated learning platform.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access and equipment to complete the course.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Watchkeeper Operations Limited reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct, including plagiarism, assessment fraud, credential sharing, or other actions that compromise course integrity.
ASSESSMENTS
Where assessments form part of a course, participants must complete assessments independently unless otherwise stated.
Watchkeeper Operations Limited reserves the right to invalidate assessment results where misconduct is suspected.
CERTIFICATION
Where certification is offered, certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all required course elements.
CERTIFICATION VALIDITY AND RENEWAL
Where a certification includes a validity period, the validity period will be specified within the course documentation.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials remain the intellectual property of Watchkeeper Operations Limited unless otherwise stated.
This includes training content, videos, presentations, assessments, learning materials, downloads, certification frameworks, and supporting documents.
FEES AND PAYMENT
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Consumer Purchases
Where applicable consumer protection legislation applies, participants may have statutory cancellation rights.
Where immediate access to digital course content has been provided and the participant has expressly agreed to receive such content during the cancellation period, statutory cancellation rights may be reduced or extinguished as permitted by law.
Business Purchases
Course purchases made on behalf of businesses, organisations, or employers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
COURSE CHANGES
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a course without refund where a participant breaches these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a course without refund where a participant shares course access credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a course without refund where a participant copies or distributes course materials without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a course without refund where a participant engages in assessment misconduct.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to a course without refund where a participant acts in a manner that compromises the integrity of the training programme.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While Watchkeeper Operations Limited seeks to provide accurate and professionally developed training, we do not guarantee that participation in a course will eliminate risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watchkeeper Operations Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in a training programme.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CERTIFICATION STATUS AND USE OF DESIGNATIONS
Individuals who successfully complete the Certified News Media Safety Advisor (CNMSA) programme may use the designation CNMSA while their certification remains valid.
Watchkeeper Operations Limited reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the designation where certification requirements are no longer met.
